Your song is an entirely digital product. We do not ship parcels, there are no couriers, shipping fees or customs. Everything arrives by email.

Delivery times

The time runs from the moment you receive your order confirmation, not from the moment you start filling in the questionnaire. These are effective hours, including public holidays.

How it arrives

You receive an email at the address given when ordering, with a link to listen to the song and download the MP3 file. The file is yours to keep: you can save it to your phone, your computer, and send it to anyone you like.

We recommend downloading it as soon as you receive it and keeping a copy. The listening links remain active but are not intended to last forever.

If the email does not arrive

Before worrying, make these three checks:

• check your spam or promotions folder, by far the most frequent cause;
• make sure you typed your email address correctly when ordering, a single wrong character is enough to make everything fail;
• check that your inbox is not full.

If, after these checks, you still cannot find anything, write to us at contact@canzone-unica.com stating your order number. We will resend the song, even to a different address, at no extra cost.

Wrong email address

It happens. Write to us from whichever address you prefer, stating the order number and the name of the song's recipient, and we will redirect it.

Delays

If, for a technical reason, your song should take longer than expected, we will let you know by email before the deadline. If you paid for express delivery and we cannot meet the 24-hour window, we will refund the cost of the express service.
