Your song does not travel in a parcel: it arrives by email. Here is how to know where things stand, without waiting in the dark.

The three emails you receive

1. Order confirmation, right after payment. It contains your order number: keep it safe, you will need it for any request.
2. Your song, within the timeframe you chose (see below). With the link to listen to it and the MP3 file to download.
3. Any revisions, if you ask us for a change.

How long you need to wait

The countdown starts from the moment of payment, not from when you began filling in the questionnaire. These are real hours, including weekends and holidays.

Time is up and you have not received anything

Before writing to us, make these three checks: nine times out of ten the song has already arrived.

• Open your junk mail (spam) folder and the promotions tab. This is by far the most common cause.
• Search for canzone-unica in your mailbox search bar: if the email was archived, you will find it this way.
• Check that your inbox is not full and that the address you entered at checkout was correct.

Write to us and we will find it

If after these checks you still cannot find anything, send us an email at contact@canzone-unica.com and let us know:

• your order number;
• the email address used for the purchase;
• the name of the recipient of the song.

We reply within 24 business hours and, if needed, we will resend the song to a different address as well, at no extra cost.

You got the email address wrong

It happens more often than you would think. Write to us from whichever address you prefer with the order number and the recipient's name: we will redirect everything without asking you to pay again.

Want to change something

Revisions are included. Tell us precisely what to change, a name mispronounced, a memory that is missing, a different voice, and we will get back to work on the song. All the details are on the Refunds and cancellation page.
